It took me a while to realize I didn't need the Perl IDE which I couldn't find, and that I could just use Command Prompt to open up .pl scripts. The problem is that the file I/O seems to not be working correctly, and couldn't use a script that reads a file, and outputs to a file. :(
That's alright because I will be using mainly for simple script for figuring a ranking variable / function for Mohawk in perl.
